1/4tsGARLIC POWDER
1/4lbTHINLY SLICED HAM *
1/2lbCAPELLINI PASTA
1/2tsFRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/8tsSALT
1/3cFRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/4cFINELY MINCED PARSLEY

* HAM, CUT INTO FINE SHREDS, ABOUT FOUR SLICES. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BOIL WATER IN A LARGE POT FOR THE PASTA. IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT THE OLIVE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD THE WALNUTS AND GARLIC POWDER, SAUTE FOR 3 MINUTES. STIR IN THE HAM AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. KEEP WARM. PUT THE PASTA IN THE BOILING WATER AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES. DRAIN AND POUR BACK INTO THE HOT PAN. STIR IN THE PEPPER, SALT, PARMESAN AND PARSLEY. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
